Who We Are

Ed McDevitt and Rocky Ilashvili are the owners of Liberty Bell Investments and have been buying properties for cash for over 15 years. Both are from Philadelphia and now reside in Bucks County. 

Rocky and Ed both have a passion for real estate investing in all phases. Ed manages acquisitions of new properties, marketing for the properties and analysis of the possible projects. Rocky handles the operational and construction side of the business.

Liberty Bell Investments has grown dramatically and have completed thousands of construction projects within our group of companies and completed over 300 full rehabs of homes they’ve purchased.

Liberty Bell Investments headquarters is in Somerton section of Philadelphia with a 3500 square foot warehouse and large office space for our administrative and field staff, equipment and vehicles.  We are licensed and insured General Contractors, with our own in-house crews so we are able to save on improving properties which enables us to pay MORE to our sellers.
